MINISTRY DESCRIPTION

Vision

The Youth Ministry of Colonial Baptist Church is a partnership between parents and this church whereby this ministry works with parents to fulfill their biblical responsibility of cultivating the spiritual growth of their children.

Mission Statement

The CBC Youth Ministry will partner with parents to provide the opportunity for each youth to increase their knowledge of Scripture and its application to their life and to facilitate ministries that will engage the youth in worship, fellowship, service, and evangelism.

Colonial Baptist Youth Service This service for youth and young adults (age 13+) is held in the chapel every Sunday during the 8:00am and 11:00am services.

Friday Night Live Once a month we transform our fellowship hall into a safe hangout for teens There are games, entertainment, and refreshments.

Small Group Mentoring We will soon embark on a ministry to pair up our youth and

concerned adults who will provide spiritual mentoring for them.

Evangelistic Events We are empowering our youth to plan and implement events that will reach our community with the good news of Jesus.
