MINISTRY DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the Couples’ Ministry is to build stronger marriages that reflect the relationship between Christ and his bride, the church (Ephesians 5:22-33). This is to be accomplished through solid Bible teaching each week in the Sunday School hour. The goal to create and sustain a new couples’ network for friendship, fellowship, and mutual accountability. Finally, we want to help create “great commission” homes where our marital and domestic lives become effective means of sharing and demonstrating the good news of Jesus Christ.

The Honeymooners "The Honeymooners" is the couples' class, which meets weekly during Sunday School Hour (9:30 - 10:45a.m.). The class began in October 2003 with an exciting study of book of Song of Solomon and is open to married couples of all ages.  Honey mooner is opened to married and engaged couples.

The term “Honeymooners” is meant to symbolize all that is good and enduring in a happy and maturing marital relationship. Marriage will have many days enriched with sweet memories, and it will have days as the moon--dry and dusty. Nevertheless, the precious gift of enduring through it all makes the marriage stronger, deeper and more rewarding.
